orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

when you purchase you muast do so knowing the import rules of your country. we cannot circumvent these rules nor can we estimate customs charges in your country. all customs charges must be met by the customer.

please note: all delivery times are an estimate with the courier. depending upon certain factors with their processes, this may slow or speed up the process and public desire cannot be held accountable.

What if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
All of our parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign for delivery, the local Post will take your parcel to your local Post Office for collection. the local Post also offers a safe drop option, however please note we hold no liability in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel. To avoid this risk we recommend you have your package sent to a secure location where signature is required.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We sadly cannot always guarantee that your address can be changed before an order is dispatched, due to our automated processing system. However, we recommend that you call us as early as possible, to determine if the address can be changed in time. You can contact our Customer Service email service@buzz-shoes.com, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays), or via our live chat service.
What is my tracking number?
Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email from us to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Should this be missing, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.
I have not received all of the items that I had ordered
We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails from Post with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.In the event of a split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently provide international shipping to the United States, Canada and some European countries, and all orders above $70 are free of charge.
Will my order not be taxed?
In our store, except for the luxury part, other categories are tax-free. If there are other categories that are not tax-free, please contact us at service@buzz-shoes.com
