Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
1, You may return shoes within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.(Excluding custom and handmade shoes)
2, To initiate an exchange or a refund , visit your Order History page. Simply click on "Leave A Message" next to the appropriate item and our customer service will help process your request.
3, Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.If you want to refund, please contact our email service@buzz-shoes.com for a return address. After we complete your refund, we will send you a message/Email. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to appear.
4, When a gift card/Coupon/Credit (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
5, We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
6, If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.otherwise , custom category can't support refund.
otherwise,if you must to refund for custome categery,you must pay 30% of your product's price for restocking and cost we send you.
7, Please do not send your purchase back to the address labeled on the package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.

Return steps:
1. Communicate with us the willingness to refund by email, ask for the refund address, and discuss the refund method.
2. Check the product for damage, and pack the product carefully
3. Find a return channel to refund us, and write the logistics's order number
4. After we receive the goods, we will check whether the goods are damaged or not. If there is no problem, we will process the refund. The refund will be completed in about 7-15 days, and the refund completion notification will be sent by email.
