In accordance to the advice from State and Federal Government we will ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and the greater community is our first priority as always. With this in mind, we have implemented some guidelines in store. Here's what we' ll do.
Please do note that majority of our stores that are open for trade have returned back to the normal shopping centre hours.
SIMPLE STEPS TO HELP STOP THE SPREAD
1. Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the store.
2. Cough or sneeze into your arm
3. Use a tissue
4. Bin the tissue
5. Wash your hands
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Help stop the spread of coronavirus by keeping your distance.
Remember, don’t shake hands or exchange physical greetings.
Wherever possible stay 1.5 metres apart and practise good hand hygiene, especially after being in public places.
In accordance to advice from the State & Federal Government, we have set limitations to the number of staff & customers allowed in store at any one time.
We ask that you respectfully abide by these limits if asked by our staff.
INCREASED HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS
At Buzz-shoes the health and safety of our staff, as well as our customers, is extremely important to us during this time. We would like to ensure your shopping experience in-store will be a safe and clean environment. We will be frequently adhering to the below:
1. Regularly wiping down EFTPOS terminal.
2. Wiping down of counter areas, seating areas.
3. Wiping down of all exposed surfaces, handles etc.
4. Regular Cleaning of our floors, and merchandise areas
TAP & PAY WHERE POSSIBLE
Where possible, we suggest using card payments with tap and pay in order to minimise hand-to-hand interactions.
